CONNECTWORLD GROUP features several vehicle for your renting. Each location decides which vehicles best fit its needs therefore all locations do not have every vehicle. We cannot guarantee you will receive a certain make, model, or color as these things are based on availability. Upon arrival, however, you may advise the counter representative as to your preference and, if available, we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Car rental pricing is like airline pricing - if you travel at off-peak times or make a reservation seven or more days in advance, you often get a better deal. Also, watch the specials section for discounted specials. If you have an upgrade certificate, note that upgrades are subject to availability at the time of rental. You should reserve the smaller vehicle online then upgrade at the counter if available. back to top
Will you check my driving record?
CONNECTWORLD GROUP may ask potential renters a variety of questions regarding their driving record. To help control liability and insurance costs, several major car rental companies, including CONNECTWORLD GROUP, screen for high-risk drivers. Whenever a prospective renter's driving history fails to meet the established criteria, the company can deny rental service.
All drivers of the vehicle must be present and provide a valid driver's license. back to top
Additional accessories
There are many options and accessories available to help make your trip safer and more enjoyable. At this time, seats cannot be removed from a minivan or any other vehicle. If you need more space, consider renting a CONNECTWORLD GROUP truck or van. While CONNECTWORLD GROUP makes every effort to honor your requests for additional accessories we cannot guarantee them on the reservation.
At CONNECTWORLD GROUP we take care of all the little things. From cellular phones to baby seats, CONNECTWORLD GROUP offers a variety of special equipment to make your life simpler.
Child Seats
Children's car seats (infant, toddler and booster) are available at many rental locations, usually for a small additional charge.
No-Smoking Vehicles
Smoke-free vehicles are available at most rental locations in the US and Canada and at many other locations around the world. There is no additional charge. No-smoking vehicles should be requested at the time of reservation.

Our Fuel policy
Option One
Pay in advance for the fuel and bring the car back empty. CONNECTWORLD GROUP will fill the car at, or sometimes below, the current retail pump price. Regardless of how much fuel is left in the tank, credits will not be given for unused gas.
Option Two
If you aren't sure how far you'll be driving, but plan to stop for gas, don't pay CONNECTWORLD GROUP in advance for gas and bring the car back full to avoid any refueling service charge. back to top
Our Insurance Policy
CONNECTWORLD GROUP vehicles are all comprehensively insured. Other rental companies may offer similar coverage under different names and at varying limits and costs. back to top
Road Safety Precaution
First contact the police to complete an accident report and immediately contact the location from which the car was rented. You can find location phone information on the front or back of your rental agreement. back to top

Rental Policies
To change any aspect of your reservation after receiving a confirmation e-mail, you will need to call CONNECTWORLD GROUP Reservations at 233 21 244477 or send an e-mail for such cancellation or review. Please remember that changing dates, locations of visit and type and class of vehicle may change the rate on your reservation.
There is no charge if reservations are canceled one day prior to your scheduled date. If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours in advance of the rental pick-up time, you may be subject to a one-day rental charge, depending upon the pick-up location and vehicle type. back to top
Extention of rentals
To extend your rental, you must contact the location where the car was rented. Any changes in your rental may change the rate. back to top
Standard rental period?
Weekly rentals are 5-7 consecutive days. Weekend rates starts after 12:00 noon. Daily rates apply if the weekly or weekend parameters are not met. back to top
Do I need a commercial license (CDL) for vehicle rental?
Drivers should hold a legal Drivers license for any vehicle. For renting a heavy duty 24-foot truck or a stakebed, we require the driver to have a Class C license. For commercial use of the 24-foot truck, drivers must have a Class B license. back to top
What time do I have to return the car?
Most car rental rates are based on a calendar day period. In addition, the charges for optional waivers, optional insurance and surcharges are applied on a 24-hour basis.
Many rates, like weekend specials, are only available during certain time periods. Returning the car after or even before the designated time might affect the rate quoted. Returning the car by the agreed-upon time also helps ensure that all other customers will have their reserved car available upon their arrival. back to top
Do you offer one-way rentals?
CONNECTWORLD GROUP has developed the one-way program to offer renters a special rate for daily or weekly rentals. One-way eliminates additional drop-off or mileage fees for renters who pick up a car at one CONNECTWORLD GROUP location and return it to another participating one-way location. Not all locations participate in the one-way program.
CONNECTWORLD GROUP offers convenient and affordable one-way rentals available from airport, downtown and suburban locations. This gives you the freedom of renting in one place and returning in another with unlimited mileage and no drop charge. back to top
Can I drive in and out of different countries?
For driving out of state and into other countries you must check with the location from which you are renting. back to top
