USEFUL TRAVEL INFORMATION
 

HEALTH AND IMMIGRATION
From the Check–in counter, you will have to present your boarding pass and health certificate at the Health Desk located to your right. At the foot of the stairs to the first floor is Immigration Control. Please present your boarding pass and passport to be checked by Civil Aviation security staff at the desk.

At the first floor you will be required to fill out departure forms, which you will present with your passport and boarding card for an immigration departure stamp.

You may then proceed to the Departure lounge, which is right behind the Immigration desks.

CURRENCY DECLARATION
Inside the departure lounge head left, remember to read the directional signs. You will come up to a desk where customs officials will ask you to declare the amount of money you are carrying. Please remember that you are allowed to carry a maximum of $3000 and 5000cedis out of the Country.

BOARDING AND SECURITY CHECKS
It is imperative that you pay close attention to the boarding information provided by the Check-in staff. The boarding process starts one hour before departure. Please note that you will go through an electronic security screening gate and frisking. Your passport and boarding card will again be checked. A visual check of your carry – on baggage will be conducted at this point.

When the flight is called, a bus will convey all passengers to the aircraft for boarding. Alternatively, passengers will be advised to walk to the aircraft.
The aircraft doors close 15 minutes before departure. We will advice that you report at the boarding gate at least 45 minutes before departure.
At the boarding gate your passport and boarding pass will be checked again by the
Airline security staff. Please corporate as this is a normal airline procedure.

FLIGHT RECONFIRMATION
If you break your journey for more than 72 hours at any point, and your next confirmed reservation is on an International flight, please ensure that you reconfirm your continuing or return reservation.

Call in person or by phone, the Airline office at the point where you intend to resume your journey at least 72 hours before departure. If you do not reconfirm, the carrying airline will automatically cancel your reservations.
